What are your training/certifications?

I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I received my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I also worked in natural healthcare for over 8 years.

Who do you typically work with as far as clientele?

I believe everyone benefits from health coaching in order to achieve their overall health and wellness goals. However, most of my clientele are women. Typically women that also have children and are passionate about raising a healthy “next generation”.
