It’s a basic 3 month program that involves coaching calls every other week with basic lifestyle changes, education and support throughout. This package is perfect for a woman or a child. So, if you’re a mom and looking to improve the health and lifestyle of your child- this is for you, too!

This utilizes every other week coaching calls for 6 months in conjunction with bioenergetic scans that support creating a more balanced health for the individual using recommended remedies. This option can be utilized for adults and children.
This is the perfect package for someone who is looking for long term support while also addressing root causes of symptoms and lifestyle change. This program is 12 months long with 6 months of biweekly coaching calls and then monthly calls after. This option also utilizes the bioenergetic scans mentioned above. This is the perfect package for anyone that has chronic symptoms that they’d like to address as it utilizes a follow up bioenergetic scan in month 6 along with the recommended remedies.
